Lose yourself in miles of free Smithsonian Museum exhibits, take in a free concert every day at the Kennedy Center or watch a rock concert with a picnic on a blanket in the one of the many outside music venues. Alternatively make the journey the adventure and take a boat into D.C. from Alexandria’s waterfront.
