JOB TITLE: Account and Program Manager HOURS WORKED: Typically 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, some early mornings, evenings and/or weekends will be required. Moderate to extensive in-state travel required. Out-of-State Travel is typically three times each year. REPORTS TO: Manufacturing-Works Center Director HIRING RANGE: $70,000 - $90,000 OFFICE LOCATION: Preferred location: Sheridan, Casper, Gillette, or close proximity PLEASE NOTE: This position requires up to 50% travel throughout the State of Wyoming. JOB PURPOSE: The Account and Project Manager at Manufacturing Works will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with manufacturing clients primarily in their territory, and in some cases, across the state. They will work closely with the Center's team to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and coordinate the delivery of services, ensuring successful project completion. The Account and Project Manager will also be responsible for expanding the Center's client base by identifying leads and pursuing new opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
