Marketing Automation Specialist - Salesforce Marketing Cloud(remote. North America Eastern region or France, UK&I, DE, CH, SP)

We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to join our marketing team. This role focuses on the hands-on creation and management of marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment. Role reports to the Marketing Automation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Campaign Execution: Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure all emails are optimized for performance and deliverability. Utilize A/B testing to improve response rates and conversions.
  • Landing Page Development: Create and optimize landing pages within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Develop responsive designs that are tailored to specific audiences and campaign goals.
  • Automation and Journey Building: Set up and maintain automated marketing journeys tailored to various audience segments to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Campaign Analysis: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and automated journeys. Use data to recommend improvements in campaign strategies.
  • Database Management: Manage lists, segmentations, and data integrations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Ensure data hygiene and compliance with all relevant data protection regulations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing Automation Manager and other team members to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Request Fulfillment: Handle ad-hoc requests and support other team members in campaign execution and troubleshooting issues within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing automation, specifically with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive email and landing page design.
  • Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
  • Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Qualifications a plus:

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
  • Knowledge of additional marketing platforms and integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • A part of the Digital Marketing team at LHH, reporting to the Marketing Automation Manager

Location:

  • We offer a fully remote work environment. We prefer candidates in US (United States) eastern, GMT, or GMT +1 time zones, but will consider qualified candidates in a variety of locations.

  • Range $62,600 Minimum - $78,250 Maximum per year plus annual bonus

Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
