Coke Florida is looking for a Vending Services Supervisor based out of our Palm Beach, FL location with a focus on the West Palm Beach, FL market.

We're currently looking for Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-2:00PM

What You Will Do:

The Vending Supervisor coordinates and supervises the vending operations at an assigned activity. Responsible for leading, teaching, coaching a specified vending team. Responsible for process adherence across driving group to include safety, cross-functional collaboration, customer service, at the planned cost.

Role Responsibilities:



  • Perform all the daily functions associated with managing Full-Service Route personnel such as issues keys, money bags, change funds, accountability summary reviews, route reviews, etc.
  • Monitor daily accountability at driver level, and inventory accountability at truck level
  • Staff, train, develop and evaluate route drivers in using handheld scanners, following security procedures with respect to money and inventory, as well as other defined training programs
  • Understand route driver duties and ensure adherence to delivery standards, regulatory requirements and efficiencies
  • Conduct ride-along with drivers to ensure compliance with Company procedures and policies
  • Responsible for driver scheduling and hours worked
  • Understand support and demonstrates customer service
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve business process and efficiencies
  • Champion a safety focused work environment to reduce/eliminate work related accidents and injuries
  • Address complains and resolve issues promptly
  • Ability to drive company vehicles, CDL B desired


For this role, you will need:



  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • 5+ years of experience in hands-on operational roles in supply chain management in a large consumer goods organization
  • 3+ years of experience in leadership roles responsible for operational management; leading professional level associates
  • Strong experience with change management and influencing organizational culture change
  • Vending experience required
  • Full Line operator experience preferred
  • Computer experience required
  • Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines* CDL B highly desired


*Major moving violations include, but are not limited to, leaving the scene of an accident, driving under the influence, and reckless driving. Minor moving violations include, but are not limited to, speeding, driving too close, failure to stop, and improper lane changes. Driving records, including minor moving violations, will be evaluated according to Coke Florida guidelines to determine eligibility for the Vending Supervisor position.
