Get to Know Your Team:

  • Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque's Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), bariatric and orthopedic service lines.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for deployment of staff, according to the policies, procedures, systems and processes of Lovelace Regional Pool that will assist Lovelace Health System facilities in staffing of clinical and non-clinical staff after office hours/weekends/holidays.
  • Coordinates staffing and scheduling functions for Lovelace Regional Pool and contract labor in collaboration with each facility to meet the staffing goals for Lovelace Health System; assist in providing staff needed.
  • Documents and tracks facility staffing needs, Resource Team assignments and availability, Agency Resources' assignments and availability using appropriate Vendor Management System, Kronos, and internal database system.
  • Provides documents from VMS, Kronos, and internal database system to requesting parties when required and appropriate.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Intermediate knowledge of computers including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • One (1) year of related experience

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Business.
