Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

This will be a Supervisory position managing parking at Syracuse Hancock International Airport.

People Leadership Skills are required, Maintenance Experience is a plus.

You will be exposed to weather conditions.

Weekend Availability is a must. Shifts would either be 8 hour or 10 hour shift. Shifts would mostly be second shift ranging from 2 pm to 2 am.

Basic Function - Assist in the day-to-day management of a location ensuring that parking operations are handled within contractual guidelines of the specific location, adhering to company policies and procedures, fostering good client relations and promoting a professional image and approach to the business.



Responsibilities

    Participate in programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in the management of day-to-day activities of the assigned locations.
  • Assist with management duties as assigned.
  • Courteously assist customers.
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and any general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager.
  • Report any known accidents, observed or suspected violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the Facility Manager.
  • Assist with cleanup of debris, water, oil spills and etc.
  • Substitute for any position, if necessary.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage, thorough knowledge of the major streets, landmarks and freeways in the area of the garage.
  • Complete other duties as needed.


Qualifications

Salary Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Additional Information

This individual will assist in the managment and daily operation of Syracuse Hancock Internationals parking operation. The individual should have a proven record of people leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team. They will also have a background of customer service skills to assist passengers with any parking related inquires. A background in maintenance is a plus. We run a 24 hour operation, this position will work second shifts and require weekends. Drivers license is required.
