Educational Foundation: A Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field is essential; a Master's Degree is preferred. Proven Experience: Bring at least 5-7 years of HR experience (preferably in manufacturing), with a strong background in employee relations and collective bargaining, preferably in a union environment. Strategic Vision: With your extensive management experience, lead with foresight and innovative problem-solving. Communication Skills: Your exceptional communication skills will bridge gaps and build strong networks. Regulatory Knowledge: A robust understanding of employment laws and HR best practices will be crucial.
