Position Overview

KINESSO's Platforms and Intelligence Team is a global team of technology and media experts focused on consulting and implementing best-in-class solutions for our clients. As a Manager of AdTech/MarTech Solutions, you will support the Director and the client team at Initiative in evaluating MarTech and AdTech solutions, building innovation roadmaps, and test & learn frameworks, while leveraging internal IPG tools & resources. This role requires a balance of technical expertise and marketing acumen, as well as an understanding of how data and AdTech/MarTech solutions can drive the future of Integrated Media and innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience working with 1st, 2nd & 3rd party data, managing taxonomies, and understanding data collection methodologies.

Responsibilities



  • Stay current on relevant AdTech and MarTech developments, industry news, and privacy updates (Global + APLA-relevant), and share updates with team members and clients.
  • Assist in the client onboarding process from a Martech and AdTech perspective.
  • Support in evaluating technology partners (data partners, platforms, and tools RFIs).
  • Collaborate with the Director to compile rate cards and negotiate with partners when needed.
  • Leverage IPG audience assets and tools to develop new opportunities across partners and platforms.
  • Assist with overseeing the client's AdTech/Martech ticket intake system, ensuring requests are flagged and completed in a timely manner with regular status updates to the client.
  • Funnel tickets to the appropriate teams within Nike for review and resolution.
  • Track and provide regular updates on ticket status to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure that solutions are being progressed and tickets are closed efficiently in Airtable.
  • Collaborate with the Director and client media enablement lead to represent the client in Global Martech/AdTech workstreams, aligning on priorities and next steps.
  • Provide day-to-day support for platform requests and troubleshooting from client's local markets (e.g., Segment, Singular, GMP, Feedonomics, Adobe).
  • Partner with the Media Operations team to assist with the development, rollout, onboarding, and training of media consolidation tools.
  • Work with the Analytics team to manage timelines and progress data foundations workstreams that intersect with AdTech/MarTech workstreams.


Required Skills and Experience



  • Experience working with retail or e-commerce clients.
  • 2-3 years of experience in martech, adtech, or analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including DSP, DMP, CDP, Ad Server, Ad Verification, and Site Analytics.
  • Understanding of data landscape and utilization (1st, 2nd/3rd party data).
  • Familiarity with media consolidation tools and their rollout processes.
  • Experience in managing clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Proven problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on a Global team and handle multiple projects.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to support global teams (e.g., LATAM & APAC territories).
  • Ideal candidate will be West-Coast based with a willingness to travel to client offices in Portland, OR.

The salary range for this position is posted below.
