Basic Functions: Provide clerical support to the Division Property Administrator. This role will be responsible for managing property projects through completion. Regular attendance is an essential requirement of this position. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Language Skills: Proficiency in English sufficient for communication with supervisors, co-workers, clients, and customers. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems. Ability to handle abstract and concrete variables. Computer Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint). Experience with database systems and project management software is beneficial.
