Job Description:

We're looking for a Financial Systems and Software Coordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate billing, debt collection, and providing essential support to our communities. You'll collaborate closely with the Operations team to enhance efficiency and streamline processes across our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

50% - Provide Support and Training:

  • Deliver comprehensive support and training for our community locations, focusing on RealPage property management software.
  • Work closely with on-site staff to identify and implement opportunities to optimize system usage.
  • Assist with special projects and feature rollouts across various sites.
  • Provide support to site staff during the month-end process within RealPage.

30% - Implement RealPage at New Sites/Special Project Implementation:

  • Lead the rollout of RealPage software to communities currently not using it.
  • Deliver thorough, hands-on training to staff at new sites, ensuring full proficiency in the software.
  • Oversee special projects within RealPage, including coordinating with support, managing implementation, and providing necessary training to staff.

20% - Billing Specialist:

  • Process billing claims using various softwares including Eldermark, Waystar and X12.
  • Provide support to site staff by addressing any billing-related questions.
  • Collaborate on updating accounts to optimize resident billing experience.
  • Collaborate with the accounting and operations teams to implement strategies for process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in RealPage and Eldermark property management software.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to facilitate effective training.
  • Experience in billing and collecting debts is a plus.
