Job Description

We are currently hiring for our next Sales Training Co-op at our Boston Office, in the Seaport District of Boston. This position is from January- June 2025.

The COOP for Sales Training works onsite at the Boston Office and Sam Adams Brewery to help with the preparation and coordination of onsite training classes.

What You'll Brew:



  • Prepare for onsite training by managing class materials, organizing meeting rooms and arranging onsite services for class attendees.
  • Support Sales Training team with class rosters and calendars.

Minimum Qualifications



  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree program
  • MUST be 21 years old
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States, now or in the future
  • Ability to communicate with remote stakeholders
  • Team player and maintains a positive attitude
  • Responsive and accessible
  • Follows up on commitments and is detail-oriented
  • May be required to periodically lift and/or move objects up to 50lbs
  • Ability to sit in front of a computer, tablet, etc. for an extended period of time
  • Bending, twisting and reaching
  • Willingness to wear PPE
  • Ability to tolerate cold temperatures
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle with the possibility of several times a day
  • May be required to stand for several hours during the course of the work day
  • May be requires to travel to our Brewery in Jamaica Plain
  • Standard office environment which includes desk, conference rooms, break rooms, etc.
  • Potential to be in an environment that is complex that necessitates high situational awareness
