Position Summary:

In the Digital Product Manager position, you'll shape the vision and roadmap for a platform that integrates data from across Direct Supply, delivering exceptional value to senior living communities and healthcare organizations nationwide. You'll lead product strategy, prioritize the roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct ongoing customer and user research to drive impactful solutions.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Shape the roadmap for AI, eCommerce, and punchout platforms to drive revenue and user adoption.

  • Monitor key user metrics (e.g., conversions, dropouts) and implement targeted improvements.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to develop platform features and capabilities.

  • Partner with Sales to optimize customer transitions to digital channels.

  • Work with GTM teams to launch digital marketing campaigns and supporting functionality.

  • Develop strategies for personalized customer experiences.

  • Conduct customer research to guide product decisions.

  • Define and execute a vision for AI and eCommerce platforms to enhance performance and business growth.

  • Analyze data and prioritize opportunities based on customer insights.

  • Align product roadmaps across DS platforms for greater collaboration and impact.

  • Measure success against KPIs (e.g., new customers, user engagement, online orders, conversion rates).

  • Identify and implement new features, software, and tools with Engineering.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business needs and improve KPIs.

  • Leverage analytics and user feedback to refine the platform and enhance customer experiences.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager delivering eCommerce or technology products, building vision, roadmaps and working to execute the development and delivery of the digital eCommerce product, or relevant experience

  • Experience collecting customer feedback through a variety of methods including UX research and digital analytics

  • Strong analytics skills with experience using KPIs and analytics software (e.g., Adobe, Google Analytics), a deep understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing best practices, and proficiency in third-party software such as content management systems and eCommerce platforms.
