Join Our Mission The Senior Counselor position is responsible for assisting and supporting youth while contributing insightful, practical, and meaningful information to the treatment planning process. In this role, the Senior Counselor will also function as a teaching assistant, providing educational support to help youth in re-entering the classroom, preparing for their GED, high school diploma, or fulfilling basic educational needs. This includes working closely with teachers to support individualized learning plans and offering one-on-one or group assistance to ensure the academic success of youth during their time in Non-Secure Detention.
