Job Description

Opportunity at a Glance

The Marketing Operations Manager will be supporting the Enrollment Enablement Marketing team. Focused on support and optimization of the customer experience through enterprise solutions and technology. The primary focus will be on customer experience, stability and quality. Support the team to identify and support initiatives, technology updates and implementation for continuity, functionality, and overall experience to increase throughput. Equip employees (sales team) with tools needed to achieve optimal performance. This will require strategic thinking, strong project management skills, organization, problem solving and an enablement mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the overall health and efficiency of customer experience.
  • Assess health and function of systems, evaluating optimization and efficiency and identifying solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations to support the execution and implementation of strategic initiatives.
  • Uses analytical and creative approach to condense large amounts of information into a clear, concise, effective presentations and reports.
  • Test multi-channel acquisition programs and provided user acceptance testing for technology implementations.
  • Champions new technology/process innovation around Enrollment platform for reducing lead costs, enhancing the Prospect/Student experience, and streamlining processes.
  • Identifies and helps implement technologies, in partnership with IT, to drive higher revenue through enhanced ROI.
  • Drives and project manages initiatives across institutions and departments
  • Partner with Institutional leadership and Marketing to ensure activities support evolving needs with focus on process improvements and marketing capabilities supporting quality service, accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintains documentation of processes, UX and CX mapping
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Complies with all policies and standards.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Project Management or related field Required or
  • Equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5+ years in sales operations, enablement and innovation. Required
  • Advanced Excel, data modeling and analysis skills, and affinity to dig deep into details.
  • Experience administering or closely working with Salesforce CRM.
  • Experience in data visualization - building dashboards and interactive visualizations using Microsoft PowerBI or other data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Distinctive problem solving and analysis skills (commercial, operational, organizational, global) and experience analyzing large data sets.
  • Experience with fast-paced, sales-force driven business models preferred.
  • Related experience in contract development, redlining, legal terms review, negotiations, contract management.
  • Strong time management and ability to multitask and support several projects at once.
Additional Information

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $70,696 and $127,957. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
