Do you want to be part of a truly global marcom team in a leading provider of industry software and digital solutions? We are looking for a Marketing and Communications Manager who will play a central role in accelerating the growth of our software solutions for power utilities.

As our Marketing and Communications Manager for the Electric Grid product line, you will work both operationally and strategically, planning and executing campaigns to grow awareness and generate demand. You will work alongside a group of skilled marcom professionals in the Global Campaigns Team, together with marketing technology and brand experts. You will also have a close cooperation with stakeholders from product and sales.

You will be welcomed by a team of 20 marketing professionals in DNV's business area Digital Solutions and be a part of a larger network of marketing colleagues across DNV globally.

Key areas of responsibility:



  • Establish a marketing and communications plan aligned with marketing priorities and product line business objectives, all to enhance Reach, Reputation, Relation and Revenue
  • Partnering with the product managers to develop Go-To-Market strategy
  • Contribute to value propositions and personas to support customer centric messaging across marketing assets and channels
  • Utilize SEO, PR, social media, paid ads and top of funnel content to grow reach and awareness
  • Plan and execute local events, seminars and tradeshows in Americas region, to drive sales and build customer relationships
  • Drive the lead management process for the product line and constantly focus on achieving lead and opportunity targets, whilst improving conversion rate
  • Plan and execute customer advocacy programs
  • Optimise the digital customer journey, ensuring a frictionless customer experience at all touchpoints throughout an omnichannel customer buying journey
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce and Google Analytics for marketing analytics and reporting, to gain insights on campaign performance and opportunities
  • Contribute to a team culture of innovation, continuous learning and individual development
