We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Management team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient supply chain processes, and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse management, inventory control, and a comprehensive understanding of supply chain principles.

Responsibilities:

-Oversee daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and coordinating deliveries to mine site.

-Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing shipments.

-Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and hazard-free work environment.

-Conduct regular inventory audits to verify stock levels and identify discrepancies.

-Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to optimize stock levels and ensure product availability.

-Utilize inventory management software to track, monitor, and report on stock movements.

-Lead, train, and supervise warehouse personnel to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.

-Delegate tasks and responsibilities, ensuring that each team member is contributing to the overall success of the warehouse operations.

-Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team morale and productivity.

-Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Work closely with the supply chain management team to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.

Maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders in the supply chain.

Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in supply chain management or 5+ years of warehouse management experience.

-Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.

-Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

-Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

-Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
