As a SVP, Senior Relationship Banker at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Denver Tech Centerteam to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:



  • Assigns and contributes to profit center production goals including loans, deposits, and assets under management; Sets objectives for referrals to other product groups, to be assigned in conjunction with the annual office sales goals.
  • Responsible for identifying and introducing new clients to the firm.
  • Ensures daily calling activity for retention, prospecting, referrals, including initiating joint calling efforts for instruction, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Manages Relationship Banking team workload and delegates based on capacity, and according to sales and service metrics and client segments.
  • Responsible for effective new associate onboarding, career pathing, recruitment, coaching and retention.
  • Promotes effective forecasting, pipeline management and CRM discipline.
  • Drives initiatives around expanding client relationships, new product strategies, and reducing attrition.
  • Ensures proactive new opportunity progression through the application, approval, closing, and onboarding process. Reviews and releases underwriting and analysis for new loans prior to final submission and approval.
  • Coordinates administration and compliance of loan portfolio, including adherence to pricing and credit guidance, large relationship and annual reviews, past due/maturing loan tracking, borrowing bases, covenant tracking, collateral exceptions, loan documentation, and loan requests.


What You Bring:



  • Leadership and mentorship aptitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Excel skills.
  • Experience working with banking and credit software.
  • Experience with CRM preferred.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • High initiative and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Able to organize, prioritize, multi-task, and self-starter.
  • Experience working with high net-worth individuals.
  • Understand and effectively communicate First Western's financial products and services.
