As part of the Telecare Family, Willow Rock is a 16-bed Psychiatric Health Facility in Alameda County for adolescents 12-17 years old who are experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms. Shifts Available: Full Time; AM 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Monday - Friday Short Hour .4; AM 7:00 am - 3:30 pm; Weekends Saturday and Sunday Minimum Compensation is $21 Hourly POSITION SUMMARY The Maintenance Technician performs tasks that involve the facility physical plant, equipment, and grounds maintenance. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, squat, kneel, crawl, climb, push, pull and lift and carry items weighing 75 pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, bend, twist, reach and to do simple and power grasping of up to 50 pounds. The position requires manual deviation, repetition and dexterity and to occasionally drive and be exposed to uneven walking ground as well as Hazardous Exposure (Blood Borne Pathogens, Hospital Waste, Chemical & Infectious).
