We are searching for a talented RN-QI Specialist I

Hours: 40hrs

Shift: Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA; Position will follow a hybrid schedule

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

• A Bachelors degree in Nursing or the equivalent education and experience is required.
• Experience with EPIC and reporting software/dashboards is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical quality measures is preferred. Efficient use of Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Outlook) is required; advanced users of Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
• Five (5) years of related experience preferred.
• Three (3) years nursing experience is required.
• Ability to summarize data/information in tables, charts, graphs and visual displays for data analysis/interpretation/ communication is required.
• Excellent critical thinking and reasoning skills are required.
• Attention to detail is required.
• Current RN Registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current CPR certification is required. Lean
• Certification is required or must be obtained while holding this position.
