About the role:

Join us in our journey to define controls standards and roll out standardized controls, both financial and operational, for Maersk global operations for Maersk Ground Freight and E-Commerce, driven by data and process, while ensuring visibility and transparency!

As a Process Transformation Manager, you will work in a global setting, with stakeholders from various Maersk teams, driving alignment for operational excellence and customer value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, understand and map processes for as-is and to-be, including controls, RACI
  • Review SOPs/IOPs developed by area/region teams
  • Develop valuation of impact of risks and controls, and prioritize
  • Define roadmap to for the workflow to move to future state with risks and controls
  • Define automation possibilities to assist with current and future processes and metrics
  • Partner with region to establish new procedures
  • Drive closure of audit items and address risks

Travel Requirement:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time based on the work assigned

What you bring:

  • Experience in parcel delivery business, e.g., last mile carrier, 3PL, 4PL
  • Experience with process design, mapping, documentation, controls, improvements, and change management
  • Experience in financial processes and mechanisms, big advantage for experience in controllership and accounting
  • Experience in managing projects and stakeholders and effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Experience working with Master Data
  • Supply chain consulting

Soft Skills Needed:

  • Investigative skills with proficiency in translating complex concepts and business requirements into easy-to-understand communication
  • Solve complex problems and make data driven decisions
  • Ability to write convincing narrative with strong logic in memo and presentation format
  • Effective Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Pay Range:
$90,000-$105,000

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
