Teller 1 PT - Gainesville Region

The hours for this position are:

Monday - Thursday: 11:45 AM - 5:15 PM

Fridays: 12:45 PM - 6:15 PM

Saturdays: 2 per month from 8:45 AM - 12:15 PM.

This position is located within the Gainesville Region. Location options will be discussed during the interview.

Role

Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS, while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
• Assist members with financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Identify opportunities to promote products, services and solutions that benefit members while building a positive relationship
• Balances daily transactions and verifies cash totals. Investigates and resolves out-of-balance situations
• Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to the appropriate department for specific information and service
• Provides friendly, professional, and personal service to all members. Makes sure member's name is used during the transaction and ensures work is accurate

Education

High School education or GED Required

Experience

• 0 - 1 year of similar or related experience
• 6 to 12 months of cash handling and/or member service experience
