POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for overseeing daily operations related to the Ski and Ride School (SRS), including staffing, schedules, inventory, guest surveys and correspondence, SRS resort managers, supervisors and staff. Interacts with guests and other departments on a regular basis. Assist with creating a safe and enjoyable experience for our guests, while helping staff teach children and/or adults how to ski and/or snowboard. Assists with staff training as needed. This position is located at Snow Summit or Bear Mountain in Big Bear Lake. Starting wage between $36.00/hr. - $41.44/hr. depending on experience.
