Job Description

This position assists and contributes to the design, development, and deployment of business systems to meet our Retirement Plans division goals and objectives. Develop and utilize a deep understanding of how various retirement plans systems communicate and share data with each other. Act as team subject matter expert on issues relating to report generation and reporting issue trouble shooting. Work with external vendors on certain systems, and work with internal IT group on internal proprietary applications.

Position Location:




  • This position is remote and does not require regular in-office presence.



What you do:



  • Works with Center of Excellence/Expertise teams to implement and effectively utilize systems.
  • Represents the business team in all meetings (I.e. sprint planning, steering team, etc).
  • Submits tickets for work needed to execute strategies.
  • Develops and submits requirements for enhancements.
  • Works with leaders to meet their needs and troubleshoot issues relating to systems; develops solutions to best utilize systems in the organization.
  • Performs required system testing and other requirements in the center of excellence/expertise process.
  • Provides training and answers any ad hoc questions.
  • Troubleshoot system and software issues across multiple platforms.
  • Works closely with IT Support team on escalations with proprietary software and systems.
  • Manages complex processes and projects on reoccurring basis (i.e. monthly/quarterly reporting)
  • Works closely with Payroll team on integrations.
  • Monitors daily exception reporting to research and resolve issues across platforms.
  • Reviews system setups for accuracy



What you bring:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
  • 3-5 years related retirement plan and business system analyst experience required
  • Experience working with Relius Administration (FIS) system or Omni preferred
  • SQL Experience preferred
  • Experience with Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Salesforce, and/or STATA or some combination of all strongly preferred

About this Position's Pay
The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
