The Senior Planner is responsible for providing space planning services to optimize space utilization across Jeffersonrsquo;s academic, research, and healthcare facilities. This role involves coordination with PDC directors, project managers, and real estate space management. bull; Develop space planning scenarios for relocations, expansions, and renovations, including work sequencing, budgeting, scheduling, and graphical representation. bull; Create program requirements, space plans, and furniture/equipment plans for assigned projects. bull; Develop tailored space plans based on user needs. bull; Engage and direct external consultants for complex projects. bull; Develop programming and test fits for project initiation. bull; Align space planning with overall network strategies and functions. bull; Apply knowledge of Building Codes, FGI Guidelines, and healthcare space planning standards. bull; Communicate effectively with healthcare network partners. bull; Utilize CAD, Revit, and other design software for representation of ideas. bull; Prepare conceptual budgets and cost estimates. bull; Maintain clear communication with leaders and colleagues within PDC. bull; Collaborate with space management, Real Estate, Program Management Office,and Facilities teams. bull; Travel to various campuses for project evaluations and meetings. Education: Bachelorrsquo;s degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field. Experience: bull; Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare and/or higher education with a focus on medical planning. bull; Experience in planning and design of healthcare and clinical spaces is required. bull; Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project required. bull; Experience with e-Builder preferred. Minimum Certifications, Registration or License Requirements: Professional registration or licensure (RA, PE) preferred.
