Job Description

Per Diem PET/CT Technologist - The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care

We are seeking a Per Diem PET/CT Technologist for our Molecular Imaging & Therapy Service (MITS) in Radiology at our state-of-the-art cancer treatment center in Manhattan's Upper East Side (74th St - David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care). This facility offers the highest standards of comprehensive cancer care delivered by MSK oncologists, in an environment designed to meet the unique needs of cancer patients and their families.

Role Overview:

    Perform all PET/CT, Nuclear Medicine , diagnostic CT procedures and x-ray with minimal supervision on patients as directed by a Nuclear Medicine physician or a radiologist.

Key Qualifications:

  • Requires diploma from a Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) and Radiological program ARRT(R) approved by JCERT.
  • AART(N) or CNMT Certification.
  • CT Certification required.
  • NYS License required.
  • Dual License (RT) in PET and CT Required.
  • Graduate of approved radiography program (XR- License) Preferred.
  • 3+ Years Experience Preferred.
  • Academic Hospital Setting Experience Preferred.
  • GE PET/CT Experience a plus.
  • Ability to perform x-rays/portables as needed.

Additional Information:

  • Location: The David H. Koch Center for Cancer Care, 530 E. 74th St. in Manhattan
  • Schedule: Variable shifts 8am-6pm Saturday and Sunday; potential shifts during the week and holidays, as needed.
  • Reporting to the Supervisor, Diagnostic Radiology

Pay Range: $60.00-$74.00/hr.
