Overview The Research Exercise Physiologist will perform physiological testing per clinical research protocol and GCP/ICH and maintain the Research Exercise Physiology Core Lab. Includes scheduling research subjects; collecting, analyzing and reporting test data; research billing; maintaining all exercise lab equipment; and reporting core usage metrics. Assists Principal Investigators with incorporation of physiological testing in clinical research. Maintains appropriate training and credentialing. Responsibilities 1. Perform various physiological tests, including cardiopulmonary assessments and cardiac rehabilitation sessions, under physician supervision per clinical research protocol and GCP/ ICH.\

Qualifications Reports to: Program Manager KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED 1. Master's degree in exercise physiology or related fields or equivalent degree/experience. 2. Clinical credentialing in ACLS and PALS. 3. Clinical Research training. 4. Experience in running and maintaining an exercise physiology lab, including performing clinical testing and providing results. 5. Excellent communication skills. MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Note frequency as Constantly (67-100%), Frequently (34-66%) and Occasionally (0-33%) for each requirement. Also note any lifting requirements with pound limit.
