How you will contribute: Serve on a team of Wealth Management professionals serving high-net-worth clients Assist clients in creating, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive wealth management strategies including: Financial Planning Retirement Planning Investment Management Education Planning Estate & Legacy Planning Trust Administration Survivor Assistance Develop/maintain in-depth expertise and global knowledge of wealth management services Coordinate & work on multiple, concurrent client projects Actively participate in business development activities to identify, pursue & acquire new clients Develop contacts with others in the business, professional or civic community We are looking for people who have Forward Vision and: High emotional intelligence and a strong desire to provide outstanding client service Ability to communicate both up and downstream and exercise judgment in assessing client interactions Capacity to oversee and prioritize multiple projects, including monitoring project time budgets and consistently meeting or exceeding agreed-upon timelines Strong communication techniques, both written and verbal Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required; Financial planning degree preferred 5 years or more of experience serving as the lead wealth management advisor to high-net-worth families One of the following designations is required: Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CPA, Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA), or JD #LI-OAK, #LI-CHI #LI-AF1 Illinois Wage Transparency Pursuant to Illinois' Equal Pay Act, the salary range displayed is for the Illinois market. The salary for this role will be based on the experience, education, and skill set of the individual for the position. Non-exempt/hourly positions will be eligible for time and half pay for employees that work over 40 hours in a workweek.
