JOB TITLE:

Cent$ible Nutrition Program Project Coordinator

JOB PURPOSE:

Support Cent$ible Nutrition Program state office in activities including: administrative tasks, office management, event coordination and planning, social marketing and social media, program inventory and supply ordering. Support the CNP State Office in evaluation of program, curricula development, and any other necessary projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate the administrative, financial and personnel activities of designated project.
  • Maintain and coordinate the teaching/curricula materials and reinforcement items inventory. Manage ordering materials and compiling and distributing inventory orders.
  • Provide support and training for statewide educators with technology and general administrative support. Including management of statewide program referral systems and diet recall data management system.
  • Coordinate scheduling of trainings and meetings, assist in planning and executing special events, trainings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update program websites and social media platforms, including content creation.
  • Track and manage translation services for program materials, including curricula, marketing, recipes, and other teaching materials.
  • Assist in quarterly reporting of program data, data entry, utilize data reporting systems assist in annual reporting.

SUPPLEMENTAL FUNCTIONS:
  • May provide academic and/or career advising, as directed, for specific projects.
  • May serve as representative for the department on University or division/ college committees, as directed.
  • May perform additional special assignments.

WORK ELIGIBILITY:

This position provides vital support to campus customers and requires the successful candidate be available to work on campus.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience: 1 year work-related experience

Required licensure, certification, registration or other requirements:
  • Valid driver's license is required for some positions

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to relate to people with limited resources
  • Experience in office management
  • Experience with grant or federal funding
  • Website management experience
  • Preferred bilingual in English/Spanish
  • Data entry and reporting experience
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
