We are searching for a talented MRI Technologist Hours: Per Diem Shift: Day/Evening Shift, 6:30am - 3:00pm, 7:00am - 3:30pm, 7:30am - 4:00pm, 9:30am - 6:00pm with weekend, holiday and on call rotation; One off shift every other month Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA A career at Southcoast Health offers you:

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 20 hours. Southcoast Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Responsibilities Under the general supervision and direction of the Manager, Radiology Clinical Services or designee, perform diversified clinical patient care, technical and related duties within assigned modality as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Assume responsibility for each assigned patient, perform patient assessments, and correlate clinical findings with exam/procedure request. Obtain pertinent information from patient's chart and document all data within the EHR. Educate patient for exam. Position patient and select appropriate imaging equipment and supplies. Identify, prepare and/or administer pharmaceuticals related to the exam/procedure. Select technical factors/ parameters/sequences to produce quality images. Properly identify anatomy and evaluate images for technical quality. Apply the principles of MR safety to minimize risk to patient, self and others and aware of the principles of ALARA. Assist physicians in performing procedures. Maintain the committed per diem requirements. Qualifications
