Reporting to theSenior Director, Sales Enablement, the Sales Solutions Engineer is an Availity Product SME providing Solutions design, Market knowledge and technical expertise during the sales process to ensure that the client's needs have been met and that the product is fully functioning according to specification. This role requires a blend of technical acumen, clinical knowledge, and strong problem-solving skills to tailor software and hardware solutions to the specific needs of healthcare providers. The Clinical Solutions Engineer will work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of clinical technology solutions. To be qualified for this position you:
Have a minimum of 4 years of client facing solutions engineering or consulting experience Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users. Are comfortable presenting to all levels of an organization Are experienced in sales, marketing, product management or solutions delivery of enterprise SaaS solution Proven experience in a clinical solutions or healthcare IT role. Hands-on experience with healthcare systems such as EHRs, EMRs, PACS, and other clinical software. You are passionate about technology and how it can move business needs forward.You possess an aptitude in high performance business to business transactions, the key roles clinical data can play in the healthcare landscape and pursue a hunger to stay up to date with technologyand the market you represent Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Collaborating with healthcare providers to understand their clinical needs and workflows. Designing and developing customized solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing healthcare systems (EHRs, EMRs, PACS, etc.). Providing technical expertise in the selection and configuration of software, hardware, and networking solutions. Conducting testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet clinical and regulatory standards. Working with clients to optimize solutions based on user feedback and evolving clinical needs. Maintaining documentation for implemented solutions, including user manuals, technical guides, and support protocols. Acting as a liaison between healthcare providers, software developers, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet clinical requirements. Participating in product development discussions, providing insights based on clinical expertise and client feedback. Assisting sales teams in the pre-sales phase by demonstrating the value of clinical solutions to potential clients.
