About the Role

The Product Owner will lead the development and delivery of solutions for our Vendor Risk Management and Security Operations product modules.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a subject matter expert on Integrated Risk Management, and Security Operations product modules.
• Partnering with other product owners to define and refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Overseeing and prioritize the product backlog to address both current and future needs of customers and stakeholders.
• Planning and lead sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings with agile teams and stakeholders.
• Validating product deliverables, providing feedback and guidance to ensure quality and alignment with expectations.
• Communicating product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior management, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Conducing user research, market analysis, and benchmarking to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities.
• Monitoring and assess product performance, quality, and customer satisfaction using various metrics and feedback channels.
• Identifying and address issues or risks that could impact product delivery, quality, or scope.

Requirements

• Have completed a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years' experience in a role focused on Integrated Risk Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Security Operations.
• Certify as a ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), or Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• Experience with the ServiceNow ESG module.
• Experience in agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and product lifecycle management.
• Experience for developing innovative, user-centric solutions that provide tangible value.
