What You'll Do: As a BI Engineer you will support our business development stakeholders, clients and Data Organization by answering complex data questions and mining data insights from our robust warehouse that contains billions of entities, attributes and relationships. You will analyze, identify and surface data coverage metrics, gaps and strengths from our Data Platform. You will discover valuable trends and patterns that will help answer our clients most pressing problems and support their missions. A successful candidate has extensive experience in SQL, data mining and data exploration, is self-motivated, and excels at working both independently and on dynamic, cross-functional teams. Write complex, optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various databases. About You: You're a good fit for the role of Business Intelligence Engineer if you have:
A bachelor's or master's degree in a data or quantitative field (e.g. data analytics, data science, computer science, data engineering).
3-5 years of experience working as a Data Scientist, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Engineer, or equivalent role.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $102,400 - $190,200.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
