Summary of role Lantheus is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner supporting our Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and other G&A teams. This role will report to the Chief People Officer and will be located onsite, 3-days per week, in the Bedford MA office. To be successful in this role, the incumbent will have experience scaling organizations and can seamlessly flex between strategic and operational activities contributing to the future of Lantheus. The role will be a member of the HR Leaders group driving functional HR strategy, evolution of the HR operating model, and ongoing prioritization of HR work. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions
