The RoleAspenTech is a leader in industrial software and helps industries at the forefront of the world's dual challenge meet the increasing demand for resources from a rapidly growing population while meeting their sustainability goals. We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Employment Brand & Communications leader who will play a pivotal role in developing, implementing and overseeing initiatives that will enhance the overall employer branding, employee experience, and effective internal communications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with HR, Corporate Marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop our internal and external employer brand that fosters a work environment of employee empowerment, engagement and productivity.
Your Impact
- Employer Brand Strategy & Management:
- Lead global employer brand strategy, including employer brand attributes such as employee value proposition, awareness, preservation and employer brand equity.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to set and activate the employer brand strategy to target both internal and external candidate pools.
- As part of a cross-functional team, support the development of, and internal marketing to employee personas
- Strategic Internal Communications:
- Collaborate with HR, Corporate Communications and Executive leadership to engage and build proactive internal communication planning that exemplifies our business strategy.
- Oversee internal communication channels to ensure transparency, alignment and engagement across the organization, with an eye towards continuous reinforcement of the employee value proposition.
- Develop & execute internal marketing mix to optimize key messages, including employee change communications.
- Bring creative ideas and new approaches to messaging to maintain employee engagement.
- Provides service to internal stakeholders and effectively navigates a large, corporate environment where coordination, collaboration and communication across multiple organizations is required for alignment, approvals, decision-making and governance.
- Employee Campaigns & Engagement:
- Develop campaigns to build advocacy amongst current and prospective employees.
- Monitor and measure effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities to drive better outcomes in partnership with HR, Marketing and Corporate Communications.
- Partner with Talent Management to execute programs to enhance employee engagement.
- Channel optimization across social media, internal platforms, events, etc.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism or related field.
- 8 - 10+ years of proven work experience in internal communications and employment marketing.
- Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to write effective internal communications materials with keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience in supporting talent attraction through resourceful initiatives and strategies to execute brand campaigns globally, required.
- Experience building employee personas preferred.
- Strong understanding of employee engagement principles, best practices and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
- Outgoing personality and passionate about communications.
- Proven ability to influence cross functional teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Stream.
- Experience with LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
