Boston University School of Medicine (BUSM), Department of General Internal Medicine, is seeking a Clinician Educator to join our faculty.

About: Boston University Chobanian & Avedisian School of Medicine (BUCASM), Department of GIM at Boston Medical Center (BMC) is hiring a qualified individual to join our growing team. Department Overview: The Section of General Internal Medicine at Boston Medical Center is seeking dedicated primary care physicians to join our faculty. Boston Medical Center, the largest safety-net hospital in New England, is committed to providing accessible, high quality health services to all. As the main teaching affiliate of Boston University School of Medicine, our practice includes clinician-educators who work with students, residents, and fellows in both outpatient and inpatient settings. We are built around a team-based care model and the practice includes integrated behavioral health, population health, pharmacist programs for chronic disease management, women's health, office-based addiction treatment, and other innovative programs. In addition to direct patient care, opportunities for quality improvement, clinical leadership, or medical education may be available depending on the applicant's experience and interests. Desired skill sets and attributes include strong clinical skills, commitment to lifelong learning and education, good communication skills, and a dedication to caring for underserved populations.

Compensation: Boston University School of Medicine offers a competitive salary commensurate with academic training and practice experience.
