Within the Outpatient Psychiatry Department, the Intake Coordinator is responsible for orchestrating appointments and procedures across various sectors of the enterprise. This role entails seamless coordination with providers, facilities, and families while adhering to scheduling protocols established by respective departments. Additionally, the Intake Coordinator aids in the organization and recruitment of group therapy sessions and promptly addresses patient inquiries and requirements. Possessing comprehensive expertise in at least one specialty, they serve as a valuable reference point for that particular domain. The Intake Coordinator will be responsible for:
