ABOUT THE JOB This newly created Business Development Director (BDD) role, reporting to the VP of Water Treatment, will develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy driving increased profit growth in new and existing water treatment markets. You will develop and lead a team of high-performing regional Business Development Managers (BDMs) to execute the strategic plan, collaborate with the Hawkins Water Treatment Sales and Technical organizations to focus selling and support efforts, and direct customer acquisition activities in key market segments and accounts.
