LPN position is available for our Assisted Living and or Skilled Nursing community. Your Purpose Institute appropriate nursing intervention, which may be required to stabilize a resident's condition and/or prevent complication. Make daily resident rounds to interview physical and emotional status, as well as to implement any required nursing interventions. Respond to resident and family concerns and ensure that each concern is documented, with a resolution initiated or communicated to appropriate staff. Coordinate admission, discharge and transfer of residents. Qualifications Currently Licensed L.P.N., preferably with experience in long-term care of geriatric nursing Current CPR certification and additional certification in nursing specialty desired Our Core Values We put people first.
