We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager focused on data center land development projects in Brown and Caldwell's Private Sector Business Unit (PSBU). Detailed Description: The Senior Project Manager (SPM) position is charged with leading the growth and development of the PSBU through the application of knowledge and expertise in the field of land development, engineering, construction, client services and project management. The SPM will also achieve the firm's prominence through application of best technical, project management and client services practices and through the strategic vision, persuasive leadership, coordination with multiple groups within BC and application of necessary directive efforts. The SPM is an engaged and action-oriented position who will make decisions based on significant expertise and experience in the subject matter, instinct, and in coordination with PSBU leadership. Salary Range:Theanticipatedstarting payrange for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and maybemore or lessdependingupon skills, experience,and education.
