La Causa Social Services is dedicated to supporting youth and adults with mental health and substance use issues. We are currently seeking a passionate, hardworking licensed clinician with supervisory experience to join our CORE (FEP) Program in the Clinician/Supervisor role for the team.

Salary: $58,031.50 - $67,372.78

Your Role:

Lead and oversee the daily operations of the CORE (Coordinating Opportunities for Recovery and Empowerment) Program while actively providing clinical services as a practicing therapist. Supervise and support staff, ensuring the effective implementation of services for individuals experiencing the initial onset of significant mental health needs. Balance leadership responsibilities with direct clinical services to individuals, ensuring high-quality interventions and compliance with program requirements

What You'll Do:

* Lead and Develop Your Team - Supervise, evaluate, and support a team of at least four (4) staff members. Provide coaching, training, clinical supervision, and professional development while ensuring alignment with agency policies. Collaborate with Division leadership and Human Resources on all personnel matters, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

* Oversee Daily Operations - Manage and coordinate day-to-day program activities, including staff scheduling, case assignments, transportation of consumers (as needed), and review/approval of service plans, authorizations, provider notes, and functional screenings. Monitor team processes to ensure efficiency and compliance.

* Deliver Clinical Services - Provide direct clinical support to assigned individuals within the program, ensuring high-quality care tailored to their needs.

* Support Consumers' Well-Being - Conduct mental health and/or substance abuse assessments, develop and oversee comprehensive treatment plans, assess safety needs, and provide ongoing therapeutic services. Maintain accurate and up-to-date

treatment records.

* Ensure Compliance & Quality Standards - Uphold all legal, organizational, and contractual requirements, policies, and procedures.

* Manage Documentation & Reporting - Prepare, complete, and submit necessary reports and documentation accurately and on time.

* Engage in Professional Growth - Attend meetings, training, and professional development opportunities as needed to stay current in the field.

* Foster Collaboration - Build and maintain strong communication and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

* Uphold Mandated Reporting Responsibilities - Adhere to all mandated reporting duties, ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals served.

Support Team Success - Perform other duties as assigned and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment

Requirements

What we are looking for:

* Master's Segree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution required.

* Must hold a valid Wisconsin license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

* A minimum of three (3) years of experience providing services to individuals with significant mental health, substance use, or co-occurring needs.

* At least one (1) year of supervisory experience, including staff oversight.

* Bilingual in Spanish and English (oral and written) preferred.

* Strong ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with adults, families, and team members to implement problem-solving strategies and provide ethical, respectful, and responsible crisis services.

* Demonstrated cultural competence in working with diverse groups and individuals.

* Excellent critical thinking, organizational, and multitasking skills.

* Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Reliable transportation, a valid Wisconsin driver's license, state-minimum auto insurance, and the ability to meet La Causa, Inc. driving standards.

* Must successfully pass all required criminal background checks.

* Flexibility to work varying hours based on program needs.

Work Environment:

* Work in both office and field settings (travel required)

* Flexible work hours including evenings or weekends, based on program needs.

* Regularly required to drive, stand, sit, reach, stoop, bend, and walk. Employee is frequently required to see, talk, or hear. Finger dexterity is also required. Infrequent lifting, including files, will be encountered.
