JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Office of Technology Management (OTM) is seeking current Penn State students (e.g., JD, MS, MBA, PhD students) with an interest in technology transfer to join our OTM internship program. The OTM is the office that is charged with protecting and commercializing innovations developed at Penn State. The OTM internship program is open to applicants who have a background in life sciences, physical sciences, law, and/or business. This is a paid internship that requires up to 20 hours per week (up to 40 hours per week during the Summer semester). The expectation is that the technology transfer intern(s) will be hired to start on a rolling basis. Preference will be given to candidates that can commit to working with the OTM for at least one year.. Job Duties: Technology transfer interns will work with experienced technology licensing officers (TLO's) and will play a meaningful role in supporting licensing efforts.
