KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1. High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED);
2. Diploma as a medical assistant or completion of state-approved certified nursing assistant training program, or
3. Bachelor's degree in health sciences, public health, healthcare administration or related field.
4. 1 year of clinical care experience

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION PREFERRED

1. Analytical skills necessary to analyze and interpret routine data.
2. Experienced user of clinical information systems (i.e. electronic health record, practice management systems, disease registries, clinical analytic systems)
3. Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare administrators
4. Ability to work independently with under general direction
5. Skill in oral and written communication

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES/LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

1. Bachelor's degree in health sciences, public health, healthcare administration or related field
2. 2 years of relevant experience in value-based care / quality improvement role
3. Strong understanding of value-based care models, population health management, and quality improvement methodologies.
