Behavioral Health Intake Coordinator - Central Scheduling
Overview The Intake Resource Coordinator will serve to provide general assistance, information, referrals and scheduling for families seeking Behavioral Health services. The Intake Resource Coordinator represents to the community the quality of service delivery provided through Behavioral Health Services, and thus is required to have exceptional interpersonal skills, judgment and knowledge of agency and community resources, and a strong ability for problem solving in crisis or conflict situations. This individual will implement a screening and triage process to assist families in determining the necessary services. This position requires excellent organizational skills and ability to interact with all levels of CHBH and Children's Hospital staff, as well as a wide range of external contacts. Education and training in a mental health field, as well as strong skills in data entry and basic computer skills are required. Schedule: Monday - Friday. 8:00am - 5:00pm three days/week, 9:00am - 6:00pm two days/week. Location: 3700 Corporate Drive Why Nationwide Children's Hospital? Qualifications KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Bachelor's Degree in psychology, social work or a related area with experience in the field of behavioral health is required.
