  • Pay: $15.25 per hour
  • Start Date: Mid-November with positions available throughout the season.
  • Seasonal: This position is available from Mid-November to Late March, aligning with our winter ski and summer bike seasons. Seasonal work involves temporary employment tied to specific times of the year
  • Schedule: May require working early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Join us as an on-site Ticket & Activity Sales Agent! You'll be at the heart of guest services at The Depot and On-Mountain Sales locations, handling lift tickets, season passes, adventure activities, event tickets, and more. In this fast-paced role, you'll work as part of a dynamic team with comprehensive resort knowledge, guiding guests through their experience like a Swiss Army knife.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sell lift tickets, activities, and resort products through various sales systems.
  • Provide exceptional guest service with knowledgeable and positive interactions.
  • Guide guests through their vacation experience with recommendations and resort information.
  • Maintain a welcoming atmosphere, including the appearance of On Mountain Sales locations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including money drops.
  • Ensure proper inventory and supply levels.
  • Participate in pre-shift, department, and resort meetings as needed.


Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED


Preferred Experience:

  • Resort and sales experience or one year of related work experience
