Senior Financial Analyst/Finance Manager Fully Remote Once in a career opportunity to join afemale-founded womenswear company based in New York City. Seeking a highly dynamic and cross functional retail finance professional to add their skillset to a group of highly skilled and PASSIONATE team members. What Will You Do? Support the CFO with forecast and long-range plan strategy and preparation. Partner with the Accounting team on the month-end close process; review monthly departmental results with key stakeholders. Collaborate with the CFO and business stakeholders on ad hoc strategic financial analysis and business case development. Analyze and deliver recommendations to maximize the performance of MM's investments (inventory, marketing). Track risks and opportunities and develop scenario analysis. Prepare monthly KPI reporting and present to senior management. Create and maintain monthly Order Economics and Customer Profitability reporting. Develop and track the Annual Operating Plan and lead monthly Leadership sessions. What Skills Do You Have? Bachelor's degree required. Previous experience in Retail Finance role (Clothing/Apparel or Fashion exposure a huge plus 3-5 years of experience in FP&A or analysis within an operating business. Solid understanding of retail or other consumer-facing verticals. Strong grasp of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and accounting principles. Strategic thinking ability, integrating internal and external trends Proficiency in synthesizing data and presenting conclusions and recommendations to stakeholders. Excellent at building trust and gaining support across the organization. Direct, honest, and supportive in communications, taking ownership of the accuracy, reliability, and relevance of your work. Ability to balance the big picture with details and take initiative in the absence of perfect information. Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills; Netsuite and Looker experience a plus.
