Join the Naval Nuclear team as a Program Manager in the Capital Projects (CP) Directorate Management Office (DMO), Project Integration (PI) Unit. PI leads the integration of the CP portfolio of operating project work across NNL and DMO functions supporting developing, monitoring, and assessing personnel and business initiatives. This position will report to the manager of Project Integration and require significant interface between a large cross-section of Capital Projects, Financial Services, Procurement, NNL and Site DMOs. The PI Program Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and execution of project, program, and portfolio deliverables. They will develop and manage the CP operating project portfolio with multiple integrated projects including defining, planning, and ensuring executability of all work necessary to meet portfolio objectives. Specific responsibilities include leading the facilities and infrastructure planning teams across NNL directorates to develop the Annual Facilities Plan (AFP), defining scope and work breakdown structure, reviewing cost estimates and resource loaded schedules for projects, evaluating change requests, managing overall costs versus budget, identifying and mitigating portfolio risks, and interfacing with and integrating the efforts of stakeholders, support personnel and line management to ensure portfolio objectives are achieved. They will manage the AFP portfolio level reporting in conjunction with NNL site planning organizations and Project Controls (RPPR, Quarterly Report, and AFP Deliverables). They will lead reporting on baseline performance (WF, M&S, and DASA) and support development of the CP monthly A3. Required Combination of Knowledge and Skill
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. Project management experience. Preferred Skills

Pay Range
$103,100.00 - $161,100.00 annually
