Widener University is currently seeking a full-time 3rd shift Campus Safety Sergeant. This position operates outdoors and averages 40 hours a week, 10 hours a day, 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. This position reports to the Lieutenant on duty and will oversee a team of Campus Safety Corporals and Officers, providing essential support and direction. Additionally, this role will provide primary supervision to all staff members assigned to the shift, which includes overseeing van/shuttle drivers and student employees within the Office of Campus Safety. COMPENSATION: Starting Pay Rate - $20.91 per hour Sign-On Bonus - All new hires who remain in good standing and successfully complete the training program become eligible to receive a one-time stipend of $500.00 after 3 months of employment. All new hires who are in good standing and successfully completed the training program, become eligible to receive another one-time stipend after 6 months of employment of $1,000.00.
