The position of resident entails provision of care commensurate with Resident s level of advancement and competence, under the general supervision of attending Faculty and Medical Staff members. Residents are expected to perform all duties assigned to the best of his/her skill and ability under the general direction of the GMEC and the specific direction of the Faculty and program director.
