Overview UnityPoint at Hospice Cedar Rapids Hospice Registered Nurse Residency Program 8am-5pm Monday through Friday Nurse Residency for New Graduate RN's (New graduate or 12 months or less experience) We offer RN Nurse Residency Program for Hospice in Cedar Rapids UnityPoint at Home is seeking RN students graduating in August 2023 and December 2023 to join our next cohorts starting in October 2023 and February 2024. Will initiate, and implement care primarily in the patient's home environment or hospice inpatient unit setting. The Hospice RN fulfills the role of skilled communicator, educator, leader and motivator. The Hospice RN ensures that high standards of patient care are met at all times.
