WHAT TO EXPECT
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Brandon, SD plant, you will be a Production Operator.
This position is part of the production team. Assemblers operate equipment to couple and form various sizes and product lines of tube assemblies or hydraulic hose assemblies.
Key responsibilities (to name a few):
  • Performing assembly tasks
  • Utilizing a variety of tools and machines
  • Working in a team supporting the safety, productivity, and delivery of high-quality products.
  • Constantly demonstrate safe working habits and follow all safety requirements.
  • Examine materials visually or physically to ensure conformance with established standards.
  • Plans, evaluates, sets up and runs needed equipment and verifies compliance.
  • Use of scanners & internal production systems
ABOUT YOU
  • Ability to read, understand and perform printed and verbal English work instructions throughout all processes.
  • Attendance is an essential function of this position. The employee must have regular, reliable, punctual and consistent attendance.
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week plus overtime.
  • Welding knowledge is a plus.
  • Operate machine controls including recognizing warning devices on machines throughout the process.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume production environment.
  • Must be a team-oriented individual who understands and supports the team approach to manufacturing.
  • Proactively able to step in to support other team members as needed and share knowledge to allow cross training of all functions.
